"I wore Calf flexors during a recent long haul flight, and found them very simple and easy to use.

The gentle rocking calf movement reassured me of its effectiveness in exercising my legs while seated. 

The calf flexors help to contract the calf muscles without you realising it which helps to prevent the stagnation of blood in the veins.
